Copia Creates a New Wine Tasting Experience

Napa, California, 6 June 2007- Copia, The American Center for Food, Wine and The Arts debuted Napa Technology’s WineStation® Intelligent Dispensing Systems on Friday, June 22nd, 2007 in a gala celebration.

 

WineStation is the world’s first automated measured dispensing and preservation solution, combining business intelligence, style, ease of installation and use, into a family of commercial appliances. Its patent pending Clean-Pour ™ hygienic dispensing technology allows WineStation to deliver the first time taste the winemaker intended, every time, for up to 60 days, even when bottles preserved by WineStation are out of the unit. WineStation simplicity and low maintenance is specifically designed to let restaurant, hotel and concession operators increase revenues, control costs and maximize profits in serving wines by the glass.

Marks further noted, " Copia was really impressed by WineStation’s Clean-Pour™ Dispensing System that when used in combination with food grade Argon or Nitrogen gas assured the taste, bouquet and complexity of the wine, while eliminating over pouring and wine spoilage".

Morris Taradalsky, a Co-Founders and Managing Director of Napa Technology stated that, "WineStation’s patented Clean-Pour System is one of many innovations that make WineStation a breakthrough for the hospitality industry. In fact, he added that the Clean-Pour head is dishwasher safe, a unique difference between WineStation and previous wine dispensing and preservation products that require special cleaning solution and flushing routines".
